TERMS OF USE

All the services provided by Waveform can only be used for legal purposes. Transmitting, storing or presenting any information, data or material in any country, state or city is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, material protected by copyright, material that we consider to be threatening or obscene and material protected by trade secrecy or any other statute. The subscriber agrees to compensate and defend Waveform for any debts arising from use of the service that harms the subscriber or any other party.

PROHIBITIONS

Sites that encourage any kind of illegal action or include content that may harm Waveform's servers or any other internet server.

ABUSE OF THE SERVER

Any attempt to harm or cause damage to a Waveform server or client is strictly prohibited. As our client, you are liable for all your accounts. If you breach the Terms of Use described here, your account shall be cancelled and cannot be restored.

REFUSAL OF SERVICE

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or suspend the service at our discretion.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Waveform shall not be liable for any damage that may arise from the Waveform server. Furthermore, Waveform shall not be liable for any alleged damage, including incidental or consequential damage, arising from the corruption or deletion of any site from the Waveform server.

BREACH

Notification of any breach of use according to these policies should be sent to info@Waveform.pt. All complaints shall be promptly investigated.

Waveform reserves the right to change any and all of the policies and guidelines mentioned above, without notification. It also maintains the right to increase prices and make changes to account plans without prior warning.
